It's been a while since our last update, but read on for some exciting Katterwall news:                    

Kassia Women's Choir is going to New York! Next Monday, 29 members of Kassia Women’s Choir will be performing at theLincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall (home of the New York Philharmonic). Performing alongside 15 other women’s choirs from around the world, they will be singing in celebration of International Women’s Day. Read more about it here.                      

That doesn’t stop us from continuing our usual music-making closer to home! Honky Tonk Women 2 is back! Back from maternity leave, Bethan will lead Kassia Women’s Choir to sing some toe tappin’, grape vinin’ and boot scootin’ country tunes on 1st April at Sheung Wan Civic Centre. There's only one show this time round, so make sure you get your tickets early.
                       
Hot on the heels of the Year of the Horse, the Easter bunny is just around the corner. We have put together a holiday programme for children and adults: "Sing Around the World in 4 Days" and "Food Glorious Food!" (ages 5–9), Katterwall Youth Music Theatre (ages 10-18) and Music 101 with Sally Martin (adults). Please see below for details.

  Welcome back Andrew Swift!  After taking a short break for his studies, Andrew is back at Katterwall to teach.  Graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London and trained at National Youth Music Theatre of Great Britain, Andrew is also a musical director to many musicals including Merrily We Roll Along, Hair and Just So. Drop us a line if you want to start singing with Andrew!
